Hi again.

I currently live and work from the city of San Francisco. i moved here about 3 years ago and and being here has shaped a lot of how I see design. Although this is hq of tech innovation the way design moves in the bay is insane. I always strived to work fast and iterate fast and I've just reinforced that being here. I love the passion everyone has for working towards something and always building.

I believe that everything is designed. Design can change just about everything about a product and it is a basis for how all our systems work. If a system does not work, it is not designed well. I believe I can understand the deeper system and how it works in order to design a better one. I find this diagnosis/problem solving skill in so many aspects of my life.

Outside of work and school I like exploring and sidequesting (getting random life experience) I love optimizing and I think I can optimize just about everything in my life. I like cafe hopping (mostly for matcha but also yummy sweet treats), hiking, going to the beach, traveling, meeting people, hosting events, and cooking. I’m always collecting inspiration, even when I’m not actively working on a project.

Overall I just like making things that feel intentional and thoughtful. I want to work on stuff that’s exciting, a bit ambitious, and with people who actually care about what they’re building.
